What “One Harmony” means
In the name, “One” of “One Harmony” means Okura Nikko Experience. The idea behind the name is to emphasize “harmony”, with all hotel staff operating together in harmony to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

- Hotel stays 3 points for every JPY100
- Restaurants 1 point for every JPY100

- Stay awards 8,000 points or more
- Room upgrade awards 4,000 points
- Breakfast awards 1,600 points for adult
- Dim Sum AYCE awards 1,500 points or more
- Dinner buffet awards 4,000 points

- Airport drop-off awards 5,000 points or more
- Points may be calculated differently depending on the hotel, facility, plan/package.
