- A criminal record (to be applied for some particular positions only).

Qualifications
- University degree with a major in Hospitality or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Opera PMS (Property Management System)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications
- Professional Certificate / Diploma in Pastry, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- Good command of basic English communication
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory position, preferably as Pastry Sous Chef or Senior Pastry Chef
- Solid experience in the Hospitality / Hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of pastry production, food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations
- Good physical health and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and shifts
- Leadership, team management, and training skills are preferred
