Please note that the foreign currency exchange service will be temporarily unavailable at the hotel from November 5, 2025 until further notice.
We kindly recommend exchanging currency at the airport before exiting the arrival gate. Alternatively, guests may use credit cards for payments or withdraw Vietnam Dong from the ATM conveniently located in the hotel lobby.
Credit Cards are used to guarantee reservations. If not cancelled within cancellation period or the guest did not show up, a charge of one night plus service charge and tax will apply.
Advance purchased reservations are charged at the time of confirmation and are non-refundable (full stay), non-cancellable and non-changeable. Actual credit card used to charge advance purchased bookings are required to be presented upon check-in.
For payment using another person's credit card, please provide the following to the hotel within 48 hours after making the booking:

Guest must present his/her own credit card for incidental deposit upon check-in at the hotel.
If guest has no credit card, a cash deposit will be required for incidental charges which can be refunded upon check out if not consumed.
Payments are required in full amount through bank transfer within 72 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) after the booking was made.

The hotel has the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not received on time.
Upon check in, guest will be required to pay room deposit covering the entire stay as well as incidental deposit of US$50 /room/night to cover miscellaneous expense. Any unexpended amount will be refunded at check-out.

To guarantee safety, the hotel recommends its own hotel transfers to and from the airport.
Hotel Nikko Saigon offers complimentary shuttle van with 7 trips daily providing guests drop off service to main city landmarks. Schedule is available at our Concierge Desk and reservation must be made in advance.
Identification, children, photography and special requests — held in one place.
Following Vietnam's Government Law, all staying guests are required to present upon check-in a valid identification card with photo (citizen identity card, passport, permanent resident card or temporary resident card (if customer is a foreigner), or other personal identification papers with photo issued by competent authorities of Vietnam.
Age 11 years and below are free of charge if sharing room with parents on existing bedding.
All fees are subject to 5% service charge & 10% taxes.
Commercial/professional photography/videography is not permitted at Hotel Nikko Saigon without an official written permission from the Hotel Management.
Commercial/professional photography/videography requests will be reviewed and approved by the Hotel Management before the shoot based on the content and purpose of the requesting party along with the availability of venues and products of the hotel.
Guests may shoot non-commercial photography/videography for their own personal use (with no professional equipment, lighting, etc.) in their room or at the property but must respect the privacy, safety and well-being of other guests on the affected venues of the shoot. Hotel Nikko Saigon Management reserves the right to stop at any given time such photography/videography activity to maintain smooth hotel operations.
Hotel Nikko Saigon has the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph or video of the hotel if found in printed materials or uploaded in any online website, channels or links that damages the property's image and reputation.
